Our cars are comprehensively insured, which means in the case of an accident where it’s not your fault, excess liability is zero. If it’s your fault or if there is unknown damage, the maximum excess liability is AED 1500 inclusive of VAT, plus any fine that may apply. A police report is mandatory in all cases. No replacement vehicle will be provided, and rental charges will continue until a police report is received, along with any other relevant documents.

For new drivers, there will be an extra 10% of the total claim amount in the case of an accident that is your fault. If the accident is not your fault, there will be no charges.
