6. Use of the Vehicle

When you rent a vehicle from us, you agree to the following conditions:

Care of Vehicle: You will take good care of the vehicle and return it in the same condition as when you received it, except for normal wear and tear.
Prohibited Use: You will not use the vehicle for any illegal activity, racing, towing, or any other prohibited use as outlined in the rental agreement.
7. Insurance and Liability

Insurance: Our vehicles are insured as required by law. Additional insurance coverage may be available for purchase at the time of booking.
Liability: You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period, as well as any fines, penalties, or other charges incurred while using the vehicle.
8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our website and services, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services;

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, in accordance with the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
